Dr. Ashutosh Pathak is a distinguished professional with a remarkable track record of achievements, currently serving as Director and Head of ITQCR, and Vice Chair of the Accessibility Standing Group at the Internet Society (ISOC), a global organization based in the USA. As a strategic partner of UNESCO, ISOC works to advance the universality of the Internet, and collaborates with the United Nations (UN) to promote a multistakeholder model and ensure an internet for everyone.
With a wealth of experience in both government and non-government organizations, Dr. Ashutosh has worked across various sectors, including Satellite Communication, Education, Information Technology, E-learning, E-governance, ICT, Operations Management, Quality Assurance, and Project Implementation. His notable achievements include the successful implementation of several large-scale ICT projects in different parts of India, showcasing his expertise in project management and leadership. Under his guidance, ITQCR has delivered an impressive 700+ projects since its inception, demonstrating his exceptional ability to drive results and leadership skills.
Dr. Ashutosh holds a strong educational background, with a B.Sc. in Mathematics with Honours, M.Sc. in Mathematics, MCA, Post-Graduate Diploma in Operations Management, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science. His expertise spans multiple domains, and he has shared his knowledge through participation in over 30 national and international conferences as a speaker, and provided training in more than 50 programs to various stakeholders of national and international organizations, helping to standardize their products with internationally compliant standards.
